As a Freelance Creative Content Writer:
- producing creative content for different industries such as arts and culture, real estate, public relations, health and wellness, caregiving, payroll and hiring, marketing, travel industry, and events

As PR Practitioner, Social Media Manager, and Marketeer:
- Formulates and executes integrated traditional and non-traditional platforms aimed at achieving sales targets.
- Takes care of creative executions & releases for media
- Leads the tactical campaigns anchored on the creative handle for the sales group
- Standardizing marketing operations and logistics for the real estate sales group
- Handles marketing communications, events, and public relations for all RFO (ready for occupancy) condo units of one of the biggest real estate companies in the Philippines
- Handles Strategic Marketing Communications
- Project Branding and Corporate Branding
- Public Relations and Media Relations for national and locally targeted areas (provinces)
- Media planning, scheduling, and negotiations for print (newspapers and magazines)
- Online Community Management (includes social media management, online PR, blogger relations, and other digital efforts)
- Project coordination and management (photoshoot, AVP shoot, media familiarization tours)
- Events Management (project launch, selling events, special events, corporate event, press conference/press briefing, media thanksgiving)
- Out-of-Home advertising planning and placements

As an Artist:
- Currently, a painter and artist who holds different exhibitions for my own art and other artists’ works
- Teaching art and painting to students of different ages (3 to 80 years old)
- Sets up art and crafts fair for a selected group of artists
- Effectively uses PR and Marketing for the promotions and publicity of these art events
