I work as a Team Manager for Customer Service Agents and Virtual Assistance Agents for almost 5 years now. I am a goal oriented person and a very competitive leader. I can always handle stress, peer culture and all other healthy arguments. I have been a hands on leader since I got promoted from an agent/VA and I am so much flexible of whatever the tasks/project that is given to me.
