I've been an Amazon virtual assistant for 5 years. I list profitable items in amazon from different suppliers such as Walmart, Home Depot, Overstock, Costco, Lowe's and a lot more. I also do customer service wherein I assist customer's concerns, fulfill orders, shipping and works on the returns and refunds. I've also been an ebay lister as well. I've been a Customer Service Representative at SPi Global in their Teleflora account for 1 year. I am proficient in both written and oral communication in English language. I also worked at National Food Authority for 2 years as an Accounting Clerk and sometimes do some analysis on the different transactions in the office. I also had experienced helping in the preparation of financial statements together with our Senior Accountant. I am also a computer literate (Microsoft Office). I am a hardworking person and very particular when it comes to time consciousness. I want a stable job that would enable me to utilize both my educational background and experience to contribute to the company and client's goals and simultaneously attaining personal and professional growth.
