I worked as a virtual assistant for three years. My experience focuses mainly in disposition and acquisition tasks, mail marketing specialist (In charge of the mail marketing strategy of the company), conducting state and county market research to determine the ideal locations for mailing recommendations, filtering raw list according to a set of criteria based on the company's need, gathering market comparables, giving price recommendation, sending the mailers to the printer, creating due diligence report, following up with buyer leads, creating contracts, listing properties on MLS, utilizing Facebook marketing, contacting photographers through Craigslist, ensuring timely follow-up with property tax payments, and Lead Generation.
During my two-year service as a full-time missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints, I had the privilege of being selected as an assistant to the mission President of the Philippines Manila mission. Throughout this experience, I actively participated in numerous training sessions, acquiring valuable skills in utilizing Microsoft Office Tools.
