I previously worked for Telstra as a technical support representative, we deliver technical support to end-users using an automated call distribution phone software, via the internet. In order to fix the customer's issue, we interact with them to provide information and resolution, answer inquiries about products, and pitch our top of the line products, since our account is with Telstra, we are required to speak in English in order to properly assist our Australian customers. I am also one of the Top Sales person on my previous company.
I have also done, SEO work for JNB advertising, wherein we create articles in order for a website to top search results in google, we basically need to create unique keywords in order for the website to stand out against competitors, we used wordpress, and several other tools
I am also very capable with software such as Photoshop, Adobe Audition, and Sony Vegas Pro. Since I create YouTube clips and need to use such tools for my YouTube videos
Other skills are my good command of the English language, satisfactory communication skills, I am very flexible with time/overtime, can work well with a team or individually, highly Trainable, computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint), and has very basic knowledge in Programming as well as basic animation.
