I am an IT professional with over 2 years of working online. I have been well-exposed to admin works, WordPress websites maintenance, Graphics works, SEO, research, customer support and video editing. Below are my expertise and acquired skils:
1. WordPress Setup and Maintenance. Well-equipped in creating WordPress websites, Landing Pages, Creating Blog posts, Installing Plugins and Putting Autoresponders using Ontraport, Active Campaign and Get Response.
2. Graphics Works. I use Photoshop and Inkscape for Logo and Banner creation.
3. Admins Works. I am well-exposed to Microsoft Suites and Google Drive Apps.
4. Email Management, I have well-experienced in managing emails. I am skilled in using Infusionsoft and autoresponder email management system such as Active Campaign and Get Response
5. Customer Support. I worked as a customer care representative for Western Union for 6 months. Amazon Customer Support for 4 months and Customer care support for Australia-based company for 4 months.
I have good communication skills.
