I worked as a customer service representative for Macy's one of the biggest companies.
I've been part of the two most important line of business in the account which is an email representative (non-voice) and a customer service representative (voice). We Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions through email; suggesting information about other products and services. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Customer Service Representative (Inbound Calls Macy’s Account) I Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; help to place orders and forwarding requests. I also tried running my own thrift shop clothing business online.
After being part of a call center company. I tried looking for a new environment, I found myself being part of an online teaching family. We are catering to Chinese students to learn the English language and to enhance their skills and knowledge. I am formerly a Cold Caller Virtual Assistant for a Real estate Company. I deal with people who might want to sell their houses within the area. I received 2 commendations from my clients.  I'm a fast learner and very optimistic.
