I've been working as a call center agent for 9 years now. I can work with technical and billing accounts as well, the accounts I've handled before are from telecommunications. I was also able to deal with complaints and cancellations requests as a customer service representative and retention agent. I had an experience with Market research as well and quality control of calls.
Basically, I had pretty much experience in all aspects as well as sales and marketing from a seo company. I work with less supervision and a goal-oriented team player.
