Profile Description

I'm an Associate graduate in Hospitality Management from one of the best Universities in Cebu. I started off my career as a Customer Service Representative for 8 years in a different line of business and scope. I respond to incoming customer calls to take orders and read their bills and data usage. To answer questions and inquiries, send automated emails,  troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services. I do messaging, emails and outbound and inbound calling. Tools I used include Slack, Zoom, Avaya, Genesys, Knowledge-based articles, Dynamics 365, and Kronos. 

Recently working with Airbnb for the Resolutions II Team Support where I worked and responding to cases from our Guests and Hosts and SuperHosts. I do email and messaging support. I also do inbound and outbound calling. I checked reservations, check-in, and check-out issues, Hosts are being unresponsive, and issues in the listings. Also, I checked with the Host's account especially with their calendar settings, listing details, and Experiences. I provide customer support dealing with alterations, canceling reservations, refunds, checking reviews, and mediating with both Hosts, SuperHosts, and Guests. 

I was once a Virtual assistant for a few months way back in 2018. I provide outstanding customer service, cold-calling, sending emails, creating marketing videos, setting appointments, and telemarketing, and express a willingness to talk to leads with confidence and professionalism. Maintained detailed records of their complete name, complete addresses, and phone numbers. Tools that I used include Skype, LinkedIn, Slack, Phoneburner, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, Time viewer, CRM- Pipedrive, Zendesk, Google sheets, Google excel, and Auto-dialer. It was a good experience and a fulfillment because I was able at least to help my client with their growing business and was able to handle my job effectively and accurately.
