Hi! My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I graduated from the University of St. La Salle and took two majors - Psychology & Operations Management. Due to the flexibility of my chosen field & my ability to speak/understand English, I was able to work easily with people across the globe in the comfort of my own home. With that said having worked with different nationalities, I have understood the global vision and gained an understanding of different cultures, which is important. My experiences in Psychology, Marketing, Lead Generation, Human Resource, Administrative Services, and Writing, have taught me to handle myself in a high-pressure environment and handle demanding clients altogether. I'm flexible, trainable, helpful, understanding, and ready to make you and your business succeed. I don't give up easily and don't mind working over my hours if it has to be done.
