industry, spanning 8 years and encompassing a wide range of roles from customer
service to sales and technical support. My dedication and exceptional performance
have earned me several recognitions, along with rewarding cash and travel
incentives. Beyond my BPO experience, I've also excelled as an executive
secretary for 2 years, where I expertly handled admin and secretarial tasks,
merchandising, marketing, hotel and flight bookings, company event
organization, and product/supplier research. I further honed my skills as a
credit repair specialist, rapidly advancing to the role of credit repair
supervisor. As a business success coordinator, I successfully engaged in
cold-calling to generate potential business partnerships, and setting
appointments for startup consultations. Finally, my repertoire includes serving
as a real estate appointment setter, skillfully cold calling leads, persuading
realtors and sellers to meet with our advisor, and facilitating these essential
connections.
