I had 5 years working as a Homebased Customer Service Senior Specialist with iCare Financial and Blue Yonder Corporation. Pieces of training for different hospitals and clinics.  I've been in the BPO industry for 10 years, handling different US accounts, and assisting clients in every manner that I could, most of the accounts that I handled are B2B, and I am reporting and working directly with the clients. Answering queries via email, answering Supervisory calls if badly needed my assistance. Remote assistance for clients who have difficulty and a hard time dealing with their accounts. I stayed 5 years in Ringcentral, its a VOIP account, wherein I am responsible for giving quality World class service, its the goal of the Company.
