Profile Description

I worked as a friendly and knowledgeable after-sales Customer Service Representative (Email) for 5 years in telecommunication. My expertise is to process modifications requested by the authorized representative, bill explanations for customers who want a better understanding of the bill, processed reversal for erroneous charges, and assist clients with device troubleshooting. 
I also worked as a Quality Analyst for a year and a half. I audited the transactions and replies of agents to make sure they follow the rules and regulations set by the clients.
My experience in a fast-paced work environment taught me to become flexible, open-minded, responsible, professional, and a goal achiever. I want to be the best for the job given to me and I hate to disappoint everyone with me.
