Before going remote, I spent a total of 7 years as an Accounting and Administrative Staff — so MS Office, especially Excel, is second nature to me. I've also worked as a Technical Support Specialist and Customer Account Executive in US and UK call center environments, which means I communicate clearly and handle pressure well.

I'm fluent in English, quick to learn, and serious about delivering quality work. I have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a fully updated setup ready to go.
