Profile Description

I am an Australian Accountant for 10 years  - I handle end to end accounting jobs from data encoding,receipts processing up to reviewing financial statements and tax lodging. I'm proficient in Xero and Quickbooks Online which enables me to deliver efficiently what I need to do in terms of accounting work. 

Bookkeeping Qualifications:
* Reconciling the bank transactions.
* Reconciling credit card transactions.
* Creating and sending sales invoices to customers.
* Creating purchase invoices.
* Preparing batch payments to suppliers.
* Sending monthly statement to customers.
* Payroll.
* Adhoc.
* Setting up fixed assets in the Fixed Asset Register and making sure it ties with GL
* Expense claims processing. 
* Automates recording of receipts and invoices using Receipt Bank
* Data Migration from other accounting software by setting up conversion balances
* Books and Chart of Accounts clean-up

* Business Activity Statement Lodging on a quarterly or monthly basis
* Installment Activity Statement Lodging
* Payroll Tax setup on all Australian states
