Before the pandemic, I worked as an Account Specialist for two years. It was with DirecTV (an AT&T account). We're doing upselling, some retention, and customer service.
I have also worked as chat support for two years in Sutherland Global Philippines. I was with a technical account, troubleshooting phone, internet, and cable issues. I gained knowledge about technical stuff as well as customer service through that experience. I was with that job between August 2015 and August 2017.
I was in the corporate office working as a bookkeeper for 12 years as well.
I can communicate well in English and knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel. I am a very patient person. I can work well with less supervision or no supervision at all. I can multitask and can manage my time well.
