Profile Description

I've worked as an Ecommerce VA/Analyst for a US-based company utilizing Shopify, eBay and Amazon platforms. I create and run reports to analyze and improve the business and to optimize the paid ads campaign in Amazon and Google Ads. I've also helped managed SEO by helping in on-site and off-site SEO.

I've also worked as a technical/sales/customer support associate and as a Systems/Scheduling/Real-Time Analyst for several years. I have good command of the English language. I am proficient in MS Office applications and have acquired knowledge in Excel VBA. I can work under pressure with minimal supervision. I am a great multi-tasker and goal-oriented.
