I have 16 years of experience providing the highest quality of service possible to different customers around the world using the English language and within those years of being in the business, I also served as Team Manager developing, motivating and providing support to agents and working hand in hand with the clients for more than 10 years.
I am skilled in communicating with clients via phone, email and chat. I have undergone GB Six Sigma Training , have experienced using various tools and have done admin tasks. I was trained and certified Salesforce admin and developer but I am still eager to learn more about your tools and products so I can provide the options and the best resolution to our customers.
