Profile Description

I bring in a wealth of experience.
I have been in Human Resource for over 20 years, over 10 of which in a Managerial Upgrade to see actual info those 20 years, I have written literally hundreds of communication, both Internal and External, Memorandums, Policies, Procedures, Employee Handbooks, articles for newsletters, websites and have gone through two (2) ISO certifications. Suffice to say that I know HR and writing like the back of my hand. 

 My tech stack knowledge include:  project management tools like Asana, Basecamp, and Trello, and have also been working with Time Doctor and Hubstaff as the primary time tracker. I also have basic knowledge in Infusionsoft (now Keap) CRM, Recruiterbox, and Hubspot. I also know design tools like Canva.

 I ensure things get done right the first time. I am a stickler for details being the QMR for a multinational company, and I do not mind working until the wee hours of the morning because never miss deadlines.
I rose from the ranks and I know the value of hard work and dedication. I am a self-starter and I always make sure that I understand and figure things out. I know how to use MS Office, having used this as a business tool all throughout my career. I am fluent in both written and oral English.

I can write, discuss, and articulate pretty much anything under the sun.
I want to spend more time with my family but I also want to provide for them. I want a job where my skills can be utilized, and help you build your business.
