I have worked as a Customer Service Support and a Technical Support Representative and I am trained to handle customers that have basic to very complicated issues. I am trained to handle almost all types of customers from young to elderly people, from calm to frustrated customers or even the angry ones. Through this, I am able to learn how to control the call and make those customers be calm before the call ends, most of the time I get the customer's trust that we will be able to resolve their concerns. I can also manage to deliver bad news to the customers in a positive way, or do positive scripting in every bad situation. Aside from that, I am able to learn how tohelp customers out if they are having trouble understanding their bills, give out their technicians' schedules, and even things that are out of our scope of support.
