Profile Description

My latest role was in a leading property management company in the UK as a Senior Guest Service Advisor handling communications and operations from 2021 to 2024.

I worked for a Real Estate Company from 2019 to 2021. I managed Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube accounts. I launched advertising campaigns and monitored them in Facebook ads. I did graphic design, video editing, and write-ups for the company's posts. Also, I answered inquiries from prospective clients.

I've been in the BPO industry from 2013 to 2016. I've worked with American and Canadian Telcos handling general phone inquiries, billing, technical support, and sales. I also worked with an online optical shop (servicing US, CA, UK, AU, and NZ clients) which also includes handling inquiries, sales, reading prescriptions, and email support. 

I know how to use Google and Microsoft applications. I am keen on details, focused, organized, and goal-oriented. As well as a fast learner and can easily adapt to changes. 

I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing (2016 to 2020) and Management (2010 to 2013).
