Profile Description

I have been doing Patient Service Center Admin for 8 years now specifically for patients with psychological needs. I am have been working for a Neuropsychological facility that evaluates and treats patients with memory difficulties, mood disturbances, learning difficulties and nervous system dysfunction. I pick up orders from the Medical Director and carries them out. I explain the treatment frequency to the patients and schedule their appointments. I communicate with them through email, text messaging and phone calls. I also prepare and edit reports to make sure they are correct, and send them out to our patients' other doctors upon request and approval. I sometimes coordinate with other facility in organizing boot camps for caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
I am a diligent person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others.
