Profile Description

Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience. Certified Scrum Master. Certified Greenbelt Six Sigma, LEAN Management trained. PMP certified. 

I have applied PMP, Six Sigma, LEAN and TQM strategies when managing my projects.  I can work inside a variety of PM softwares and applications like ClickUp, Trello, Basecamp, MS Project, Notion, Upgrade to see actual info, Asana, JobTread, Jira, and even Airtable with no problem.

As a project manager, I work closely with the project sponsor and project stakeholders for project scopes and strategic direction. I act as a primary point of contact for all the running projects in the company. I manage projects and clients' accounts across all levels from concept to delivery. 

I have a real knowledge and experience in managing projects across diverse sectors including Engineering, Construction and Remodelling, Website Development, eCommerce, Manufacturing, Digital Services, Marketing, and Product Development. With continuous learning and experience, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of managing projects within these industries. 

Being a project manager, I  believe that failing to plan is planning to fail. I live by the calendar. If it's calendared it will happen! I am someone who is always pushing things, someone who is always getting way ahead of the work.  I am a project manager, I am organized. I love the idea of having written processes for repeatable business activities. I am google drive ninja, I always make sure  Spec sheets for projects and a master doc for all projects we do are properly saved and updated. 

I am a Scrum Master, I protect my team by ensuring my teaUpgrade to see actual infombers can focus on their work without any distractions. I make sure my team stays within the Scrum framework process.

Being a BS Statistics graduate, numbers are my passion, hence I have no problem analyzing and creating my own customized report whenever I do presentations for my stakeholders.
