Profile Description

I've been with the BPO industry for more than 10 years.  I worked as Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative
I also worked as Data Management Analyst for 3 years, supporting Canada and US employees. I enter their time files, earnings and deductions. I answer calls and emails from employees who have pay disputes, data change request and document requests. 
I also worked as Payroll Specialist for both US and Canadian employees for multiple accounts. I processed their Payroll, compute their taxes and enter data corrections. 
With all these experiences, I can say that I am a fast learner person, very detailed to work and an expert in providing excellent customer experience. I work with less supervision and work productively. 
All of my work experiences have responsibilitites in entering data/inputs using different kind of systems and software. These proves that I can work confidently to any given tasks. 
Plus, I am a passer of Payroll Fundamental Certification for US.
