I currently work as a Sales Director for a UK-based company that offers short courses on Options Trading. I get in touch with every client that applies to give them an overview and answer their questions about our program. I make sure that our company achieves monthly quotas. I also help our clients get on-board and make sure they get excellent client support.
As a Clients Relations Officer, I make sure that all applications from clients who are joining our investment program are screened. I do pre-calls to confirm their interview schedule and give some reminders about their interview. I send them invoices as well and record their payments in our book keeping software.
