Profile Description

I have 2 years experience as a competent ebay lister/product researcher where I became adept in using Dropship Beast software, Zik Analytics. I also became proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and even some administrative tasks. Moreover, with that tasks, I became more self-motivated, resourceful, resilient and works with minimal supervision. So, whether you're just entering the eCommerce industry, or aiming to expand your brand online, I have the skill set you need to achieve you goal. 

Additionally, I have another 2 years experience working as an office clerk. Basically, I perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office. I was able to handle variety of activities in the office ranging from filling and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping not to mention the computer skills I have developed. With this task, I have enhanced my organizational skills and interpersonal skills along with extreme attention to details and positive work attitude.

I  experience working as Continuing Care Phone Support where I was assigned to setup appointments of the clients with the Dental firm I worked with. Having this task, I have learn to pay close attention to details, escalate my interpersonal skills as I communicate with customer, built an outstanding listening and questioning skills.

2 year experience Virtual Dental billers posting payments and submit claims for services rendered by Dentists and Dental Specialists.
