In Competitor research, I am trained to use Zik Analytics. I am also knowledgeable on how to beat or match the competitor's price and do title optimization.
New Life Auction Calculator is also familiar to me because as an eBay lister, I must consider the shipping fees and other charges before listing the items.
After having all this experience, I was chosen to be a Customer Service Representative and manually fulfill daily orders for 2 Years I am doing answering supplier concerns and customer inquiries, issues via chat messages or email.
