I have worked in the customer service field for 4 years. I have excellent communication skills, a fast learner and I always make sure that my work are of the highest quality. I'm flexible, hardworking and open to new challenges. Multitasking without comprising work quality is also my ability.
Proficient in microsoft word,excel, powerpoint and related computer skills.
I previously worked as a Credit Card Account Specialist in an outsourced company here in the Philippines. My main task were taking calls, assisting customers with their credit card accounts, processing their payments and assisting them with their bill inquiries.
