I finished a Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts and have been working for the BPO  industry which is office based for approximately 5-6 years time .
 I started as a customer service representative handling inquiries and providing general information on products and service also became team leader where i handle order taking, billings and payment plans of customers after which i became a dispatcher where i took messages from people who needs service and made appointment setting for the office it also includes taking medical calls from Doctor's and nurses regarding patients scripts, expiration, consults, orders, new born notifications, room transfers and others. I became a supervisor handling training for hired applicants 
 . Then i became a reservation sales agent for IHG where i assisted and made hotel reservations for clients.
 Also have worked with Sallie Mae as a Executive Representative checking loan status ,billing information, offers and process student loan applications
. After which, I dUpgrade to see actual info to do home-based job and had the the opportunity to work home base for verification process and appointment setting for   Real Estate U.S company  using Calltools  Mojo dialer,  Batch Dialer and Xencall . And Real Estate SMS/texter Appointment setting using Lead Sherpa, Batch lead and Launch Control tools
I am punctual and organize, i always make sure that i have everything in place and is very keen to details and have a very positive attitude towards work, especially for home based because its given i am able to work in the comfort of my home and would be able to perform with lesser interruptions.
I am looking for a long time career ,not just work. And if i will be given the opportunity to be a part of your company , I would want to stay and grow
