Profile Description

With 3 years experience As an IT Helpdesk Representative under The Coca - Cola Company, I'm responsible for creating an iUpgrade to see actual info report. Receive calls from employees needing help fix and set up printers, scanners, computers, Tablets, and phone-related issues (Hardware and software), I know also know SAP, CCSN, Airwatch Console and?? Skype as they are the majority of calls that I receive. With 7 Years of experience I have also worked with AT &T as a technical support representative and other companies like Time Warner Cable, and CincinnatiBell Fioptics. As a Technical Support Representative for the said Telecoms Company I work on troubleshooting Internet connection, browser issues, emails, Computer Networking and other IT related Issues. I also have Experience in and knowledge of LAN and WAN networks, TCPIP networking, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7/8/10), Macintosh, Adobe Acrobat. PC hardware, software applications, and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
