Profile Description

My 3 years of experience in real estate investment industry have given me an overall knowledge of the business. I had an extensive training to learn the real estate terms and how the business works as a real estate investment company. The majority of my work is to set up face to face appointments for my client to take a closer look at the property and close the deal. I have successfully increased our revenue during my first year when my client gave me the opportunity to discuss our cash offers and close deals via phone. 


I helped my client to establish our database or Podio system. I also have the knowledge of creating real estate contracts and other paper work needed for my client's business. I use DocuSign to send out contracts viaUpgrade to see actual info. For marketing campaigns, I am trained on how to use Mail Chimp to create advertisements. I've also handledUpgrade to see actual info and chat support for our company. 



I am looking for a long-term and stable job where I can share my experience to help the business grow. I can definitely work with minimal supervision and can exceed client's expectations.
