Profile Description

   I am a fluent English speaker, with almost 6 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant. I have experience in performing administrative tasks, data entry and research, and managing social media accounts across different platforms. I also spent 2 years working on various tasks like Telemarketing, Cold calling, and appointment setting where I have been commended and rewarded for being one of the top performers. I also worked as a technical support representative for Quickbooks for a year. I had assisted customers with billing inquiries, payroll technical issues, and other client account concerns. 

   I also have experience in managing telemarketing agents and training them to become top performers. I am a persuasive speaker and good at building rapport. I can definitely work with less supervision on long-term or short-term projects.
