I have experience in dealing with medical, benefits, eligibility, and claims. I also have experience in mail-order pharmacy, particularly in prescription refills and renewals. I've also assisted patients and healthcare providers with their needs. As a customer service representative in a healthcare account, we need to make sure that we provide accurate and precise information to our customers and providers. I was also a graduate of Business Administration major in Financial Management. Outside of work, I have a few hobbies that keep me energized and balanced. Aside from taking care of my son, I also often watched drama series on Netflix and played offline games. I also love strolling in the park together with my son and eating after.
After working as a customer service representative, I was promoted to a Workforce Real-time Specialist last October of 2023. The task of this position includes scheduling, forecasting, and real-time management within the call center environment.
