is more likely in the field of customer service and technical support, on how to deal with different customers on how to satisfy their needs and wants. Making sure that their satisfied at the end of the day. I can do call center jobs as well since its my
field of expertise since I have 10yrs experience in Business Process Outsourcing in a company
Sutherland Global Services as technical support and customer service representative on varies types of accounts both technical, billing and customer service. I'm a dedicated type of person when it comes to my job. I believe my communication skills is my best asset since I used to talk with different people over the phone. I'm willing to learn as well in order to maximize my skills. I'm also open for other opportunities that will help me learn and enhance my knowledge skills. I also know how to deal with computers like MS word and other gadgets like apple products and android operating systems though I'm not that expert on it. Willing to work home based as part time since I'm still employed with my current employer Sutherland Global Services
as a technical support account Norton by Symantec. However, willing to explore new career environment that will help me improve as a person.
