I have been working for as Customer Support for different companies in the past 10 years. I worked as a Telephone Banker/Claims Specialist for a bank, as Customer Support for Authors as well as well as customers of a Telecommunication company.

My recent Home-based jobs include being a Leasing and Maintenance Specialist for a Property Management Company and being the Project Manager for a Web Development firm.

I have a highly developed skill in Multitasking and I can do both phone and email support. I can also Manage a team as well as operations. I am passionate at my job and I like helping people.
