I was an Operations Manager in my BPO/Call Center career for 3 years handling US Healthcare and I worked as a retail banking supervisor at JP Morgan Chase & Co. then I transitioned to becoming a Virtual Assistant.
My computer skills and specifically my level of expertise in Excel:
Intermediate level. I can create an interactive dashboard in Excel with complex formulas.
My work experience as far as real estate is concerned:
During my call center career after my work, I started working with a Wholesaler where my task is Cold Calling, text campaigns, and CRM management using Podio: I create apps, uploaded contracts, update leads, imported leads from the dialer to Podio, and create a pre-filled contract using Podio's automated system.
I worked with Corelend as a Loan Coordinator which has a correlation with all loan documents for the Acquisition and Disposition side for a year and a half.
I worked with House Buyers of America as an acquisition and disposition transaction coordinator for a year
I also 2 years of property management experience wherein I manage the entire operations from leasing, rent collections, property maintenance, and local state rental programs. We initially used tenant cloud and I helped the management to transition from Tenant Cloud to Appfolio, total exp with Appfolio is 2 years. We also used
