Good day, I am Ma. Upgrade to see actual info. Before working remotely I have experience working in the BPO industry as a Travel Customer Service Coordinator and Operations CSR (doing billing, finance, sales, and providing technical resolution to clients, and collecting payments) for a total of two years. After working in the BPO I dUpgrade to see actual info to look for a job where I can stay in the convenience of my Upgrade to see actual info 2020 I came back to work as a VA. Since then I have been working remotely for three years Upgrade to see actual info those three years, I have been involved in social media, I’ve been an admin/executive/virtual assistant, eCommerce, and law firm. Here’s a brief summary of my tasks and what I used to do in the field I mentioned.

* My task in social media was sourcing leads, getting the updated rankings at Active Campaign, sending the mid-month and monthly KPI reports(or total investments of each client's FB, PPC, and Organic page), photo and video creation, posting, and building FB and IG pages. 

* As an admin/executive/operations virtual assistant role I was assigned to workforce operations, recruitment, onboarding/off-boarding staff, posting content, creating videos, and posters, payroll, managing and creating calendar invites and schedules, updating employee and clients sheets, scheduling meetings, data entry, bookkeeping and creating/managing invoices. 

* For eCommerce I extract data from Amazon using Helium10, get the top 10 products, compare, submit it to my previous client, and list the products on his website. 

* Lastly, my task in the law firm include submitting entries on court districts by fax, creating financial hardship, eviction, and notice letters, updating clients' folders in OneDrive and MyCase, searching/confirming cases at the UJS portal, creating/sending invoices to clients, and tracking clients case status in google sheet.
