- Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet- I Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Familiar with Skype, Zoom, Hubstaff , SLACK
- Email support, Invoicing, Tracking, Order processing and Data entry

Online English Tutor

- Teach or tutor kid and adult ESL learners - Work with people from diverse cultures - Explain grammar in an easy-to-understand way- Acquire deeper understanding of both course material and tutoring techniques and be open to new ideas on how to help students
