I have more than 5 years of work experience in the US Insurance industry. I've been a VA before then got promoted as a Team Lead and luckily got a higher position as a Training Manager. I have extensive knowledge of using various AMS and Raters but I'm more proficient in using Ezlynx. I know how to do different tasks like quotes, re-quotes, policy changes, and other insurance service tasks. I am currently doing in-depth training of our VA's and trainers in different insurance processes. I have in-depth training in Social Media Management. I have strong organizational skills and I am a self-learner.
