Profile Description

 I am an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working individual who has over 4 years of experience giving professional, efficient, and high-quality service to BPO companies. And 4 years as a Virtual Assistant for both eBay and Amazon seller accounts.  

Tools I am proficient at are Amazon Seller Central, Keepa, Aliexpress AutoDS, DSMTool, Chili-hunter, Live Chat Support, Salesforce, Citrix, Avaya, and Interaction Center.  I am more than willing to learn to use any new tools that get the job done well. 

I am well versed in the English language and a workhorse in terms of customer satisfaction, leadership, and discipline. I am also resourceful, very keen on details, a great team player, and can easily find ways to motivate myself and my Upgrade to see actual info's through these skills that I was awarded as the top customer service representative for the year 2015 in the BPO company I previously worked for.

As for my educational attainment, I graduated Bachelor of Science in Education Major in Mathematics. I am looking for an opportunity not just to be able to share my knowledge in the English language and customer service but also to learn along the way.
