1. Dell Basic Warranty Support Team Manager (2016 to present) - This position is responsible for managing/leading a team that provides phone-based technical support for Dell Client products. the Job entails case management, heat checks and provide assistance to Agents.
**Majority of my experience ( I started as an agent and crawled my way up) came from the Sirius XM Account that deals with Sales, Retention and Collections. here are the last few Job titles that I had w/ Alorica- Sirius XM Account.(2009 to 2016)
2. Sirius XM ABAY/Nesting Team Manager
- A type of BPO Manager or Teamlead that handles the initial transition of newly trained agents. I facilitated transition training, bridging that knowledge gaps between training and operations. Execute and reach operational nesting KPI step goals like CSAT, AHT and SALES. is in charge of distributing endorsed agents to operations. The Challenge is to be able to accelerate agent's skill to meet the 30days step goal of the account.
3. Rollout, Training and Implementation Manager - This post was a special project pioneered by VP Rich Loveland; in hopes to have a more effective and robust training- rollout system. This post, bridges the gap between Operations, QA and Training. Facilitates weekly operational excellence meeting. Tracks
