Profile Description

I am a BSPsychology graduate from the University of San Carlos (Cebu City, Philippines) and took up Diploma in Professional Education at Cebu Technological University.
I am currently working as a Data Analyst where we reach out to Wayfair sellers through email and phone call to help them promote their listings and help them in adding more items that they can sell. I have worked as a Market Researcher for a year in a surveying company. I have also worked as an Inbound Customer Service Representative for almost 2 years and with that work experience, I have also been an email support at the same time, depending on the need. I have been a Technical Support Representative for 3 years for an Internet Service Provider where we troubleshoot internet connection and even when they have basic PC issues. Also, I have worked as a Marketing Associate for a Leasing company where people who are looking for an apartment would call in. They would inquire for prices and details of the available unit and about the community as well. They would ask what the amenities are, what are included in the rent and even about the neighborhood. I have also been a maintenance support for the same company where we assist the residents of the communities we service by creating tickets to inform the property's maintenance personnel of what needs to be worked on.
All of these work experiences helped me to have a broad knowledge about customer service support, Upgrade to see actual info it be through phone or through email. I have become more flexible and I can manage whatever task is given or assigned to me. I can work with less supervision and I am a goal oriented person. The experiences I had also helped me to converse well using the English language.
