SHOPIFY STORE MANAGER
My main task as a Shopify Store Manager is to manage a team of Shopify Product Listers, assigned on multiple stores, and make sure that product landing page quality is checked and monitored.
I was a Shopify VA/Copywriter for 4 years (May 2018 - January 2022). Our team handles different kinds of stores that have specific lines of products such as bracelets, T-shirts, necklaces, and other stuff. We handled over 15+ stores. Part of our responsibilities is creating a compelling product description complete with images and GIFS, uploading reviews using Loox or Stamped, and creating SKUs, variants, price checks, etc. Most of my work is on dropshipping stores. I was also tasked to create a product description in English and translate it to different languages (using DeepL) depending on where the dropshipping store is based (e.g. EN-Dutch, EN-Swedish, EN-Danish, EN-Norwegian, EN-Finnish, etc).

TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
I was a Technical Support Representative and a Customer Service Representative for a year in a BPO company (2014). We provide technical assistance to customers who are having problems with their networking devices (e.g. routers, wi-fi range extenders, Bluetooth keyboards, anything Linksys and Belkin products, etc.) in Regions like EMEA, ANZ, and APAC. I'm well-trained and skilled when it comes to talking with customers using the English language. I am good at sourcing particular items on the web as well.

I worked in an offshore trading company as a Sales Executive. My duty was to identify and propose potential sales to the Sales Admin and prepare quotations. Aside from that, I also provide phone and email support to our customers depending on their concerns/inquiries. I also do personal meetings to our customers for follow-up and to ensure customer satisfaction.
I have a 1 year call center experience.
I worked for 6 months as a freelance writer/ ghost writer for a website about food and health.
In my previous work as a Technical Support Representative, I get to handle different customers. I make sure to meet their needs for their satisfaction. In my last job as a Shopify VA, I get to handle all the social media moderation my employer has like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. I answer their inquiries whether in comments or direct messages. I make sure negative comments are being filtered for the welfare of the company.
