She also worked as a medical admin VA in which she
handles patient scheduling, prescription refills,
authorization requests for labs. 

As an experienced remote worker, she can work
independently as she acquired the skills of basic
troubleshooting and being resourceful.
Prior to working remotely, Rissa got a strong background
in Customer Service for more than 10 years in the BPO
Industry for US Healthcare accounts. She used to work
with APAC as a customer service representative for
claims and benefits for 5 years and Optum Global
Solutions for 4 years doing authorization intake and
medical billing on the latter part.
