I had worked with teletech iloilo as a customer service representative. My main functions were as follows: to answer incoming calls and email promptly and in accordance with established call/email-handling procedures;
to provide concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects; to perform related work as required and work on special projects, as requested;
to interact with fellow team members to enhance project performance.
I also had work experience at Epldt Ventus, Parlance account as an advanced customer service representative.I performed basic troubleshooting for Dish Network customers in accordance with established call-handling procedures.I am knowledgeable in microsoft word, office and the internet..I can perform multi tasking jobs and is very flexible with my schedule.I can start as soon as possible.
