I have experienced working as CSR which includes basic technical support and handling customer's account payments for postage stamp machine and telco, Data Management Analyst wherein we verify healthcare provider and organization's data for pharmaceutical companies, Product Specialist wherein I do training for new hires and quality checks for each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to assure the consistency of work quality, Team Lead wherein I experienced handling my own team on my previous job for pharmacovigilance work and Healthcare Insurance Claims was my last job wherein I verify if there's a fraudulent activity done by a healthcare provider in submitting healthcare claims which includes medical records verification/investigation, outbound call, email assistance. I I am trained in using MS Office application such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Forms. I may be new at this line of work but I can assure you that I can deliver a great quality of work.
