She is in charge of answering emails and phone calls from different company
representatives. She handles the monthly reports regarding the membership
levels and membership savings of the branch. She supervises 25 marketing
assistants on their daily activities. She is also one of the assigned Document
Controllers for ISO Management Service Group. She sees to it that all
correspondence related to ISO was cascaded to all concerned employees. A
multi-tasker, for she is also a loan representative who handles the evaluation
of Housing applications. JM as what her colleagues call her is a forward
thinker. She anticipates hurdles and therefore always prepares for a
resolution. An aggressive problem-solver, she is very dedicated to making the
right decisions to make things better.
 
As a Marketer, she has
learned to be bold in her choices. Her actions and
determinations always caught her subordinates by surprise. She is a
continuous learner, she never stops acquiring new skills that would help her
reach her goals and turn her visions into reality. She is an
independent learner; she learns her skills from watching Youtube and attending
webinars. She loves to explore and use basic online tools on her daily tasks
like CANVA, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Trello. 
 
As an aspiring freelance,
she envisions herself to be the best Social Media Manager that she can be. The
desire of bringing humble businesses to their success drives her in taking the
initiative to grasp and absorb new skills that would lead her to these dreams.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, she knows that skills are not
enough, it is the character, determination, focus, decisiveness, and a thirst
for knowledge are the most important part of the business.
