Her first client was a Credit Reporting Agency at Sitel Philippines where she handled customer disputes and fraud concerns and from there, she gained expertise in providing excellent customer service. She stayed with them for 5 years and became one of their Escalation Representative where she handled supervisory customer concerns. Her next company after Sitel was also a financial account which was American Express in Convergys and was hired as a Fraud Specialist. There she gained her expertise in Fraud concerns and stayed there for 7 months. After that was with PSG Global Solutions for AMN Healthcare where she stayed for almost 2 years, she was a Billing and Verification Specialist with them handling B2B calls. She also handled document signing, Job History documentation. Next to that was with MicroSourcing for Fetch Mad Paws where she stayed for a year as a Fetch Account Specialist. Her role was almost the same as a customer service representative but much complex as she handled customer concerns via text, email, social media and even phone calls. She also handled billing where I gained her expertise in Stripe as she was trained to process charges, payments, refunds and collections. She's currently working as a Customer Support Coordinator at Blys where she provides excellent customer service to clients and practitioners via phone, email, live chat and social media. She also provides assistance in handling technical inquiries, reporting bugs via JIRA, and complaint reports.
