I also have an 11-month stint as an Account Executive for a child care referral service company. The company's goal is to help parents find great child care and preschool program for their Upgrade to see actual info serves as a child care referral service while providing digital marketing and financial management services to child care providers in the US. My role entailed building partnerships with providers across the US, onboarding them into our program, and managing their accounts.

I have a 2-month stint (January 30th to April 18th) in an online food and beverage delivery campaign. I was a blended customer service agent so I did inbound and outbound calls and I managed live chat and web (email) concerns. I needed to make sure that I am passing/exceeding the targets set for Customer Satisfaction, Average Handling Time, Credit & Refund Allowance, Adherence, etc. 

I have a 13-month experience (December 2017 to January 2019) in General Virtual Assistance. I did research most of the time, from products to prospect clients and potential affiliate partners. I did outbound sales calls to leads. I also helped my employer with Customer Care by manning the phone line, email, and live chat support line. I helped the web development team in managing the social media accounts. I also did product listings in Amazon, and helped in improving the content quality of my employer's websites:

From June 2014 to July 2017, I accommodated inbound calls from potential hotel guests (and members) worldwide and it was my job to convert each call into a new hotel booking which would mean new revenue to the company. Because of my experience as a Reservations Sales Specialist at one of the largest hotel groups in the world, IHG, I understand how upselling and proper handling of resistance can make a huge difference. I learned different techniques every day on how to handle each call and make the most revenue out of it without compromising the call quality. I treat each day as a learning opportunity to help me with my goal which is to deliver quality performance and provide greater customer service.
