Hi! I'm Nestle, a Branch Accounting Associate specializing in Motorcycle & Powersports Dealership documentation and back-office operations.
Daily tasks I handle at the branch:- Accounts Monitoring: Tracking new releases, repo units, back load units, and fully paid accounts- Documentation: Sales Certificate, New Release Profile (NRP), EcoC Request/OR-CR processing- Cash & Inventory: Petty cash management, branch expenses, unit inventory, promo/free goods tracking, spare parts sales like engine oil & sparkplugs- Service Posting: Posting mechanic service records and customer service transactions
Tools: MS Excel, Google Sheets, SharePoint Online, Data Entry with 100% accuracyPlus: Mairdoe/LTMS experience - I can process LTO transactions online for new releases and fully paid accounts, from request to OR/CR release.
Even though I'm new to remote work, I've been processing real dealership documents daily - from unit release to OR/CR. I'm detail-oriented, an SOP follower, and I understand the motorcycle dealership workflow from start to finish.
Looking for motorcycle/powersports dealers who need a VA for documentation, accounting, and accounts monitoring.
